Exclusive Villa Stasinos - Lakka

Villa Stasinos is located among the olive groves, it is about 1,5 kilometre from the village of Lakka and about 700 metres from Lakkos beach.

The Villa is on the top floor and consists of three bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and en suit bathroom with bathtub and two twin bedrooms, all three with their own air-conditioning.

The accommodation continuous on to a fully and modern equipped kitchen which includes among other appliances a dish washer and microwave, dining room and living room area which are all in an open plan layout, another bathroom with shower and a utility room with a washing machine.

From the veranda which is on the top floor you will enjoy the fascinating sea view which reaches to the coast of Corfu and the mainland but this will also be the your first sight for those in the master bedroom as you can enjoy the same view straight from your bed.

On the ground floor is the garden where you will find your own private swimming pool with sunbeds and shaded dining area but also the in built BBQ area

Right in front is a private parking area.

The villa is accessible on foot with is about a 15 minute walk from the village of Lakka. The road is hilly and for guests that do not want to depend on walking a special car hire rate will be offered.

Please note: As a courtesy to the guests, we should mention that the owner of the accommodation lives on the ground floor which is accessible by an independent entrance and drive way at the back of the villa and she does not use any of the facilities of the Villa but also she will be missing most of the day and in the evening as she has a local business in Lakka, so your privacy is guaranteed.

As you will find in the price list there are reduced prices for parties less than 6 people so the prices are per day in Euros for the number of people accommodating the Villa.
